Here's the black suit costume from the game, The Amazing Spider-Man. There's not much information about why Beenox (the developers) decided to put this in the game. I suspect it may feature in the (already confirmed) trilogy.

I replaced the original textures (from TRDaz's model) with the black suit ones, which I got from another website. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the site.

I do have the rest of the models TRDaz intends to complete (from the same unknown site) as well as the textures. They're basically the same mesh, just with different eye frames, so TRDaz shouldn't have a problem copying the bones over to the other meshes.
(I understand he's (or you are, if TRDaz is reading this) busy with the DOA5 models (which I can't wait to use ) However, re-texturing might be difficult for me (if I used my crappy method), as Beenox decided to map the textures differently.
